Hawaii images come to life at Chicago’s Clark & Lake Station
“The Hawaii Visitors and Convention Bureau (HVCB) has teamed up with London-based Aurasma to become the first U.S.-based vacation destination to incorporate the company’s innovative augmented reality technology into its tourism marketing promotion in the United States.
Windy City residents and visitors traveling through the busy downtown Clark and Lake Station will be able to use their mobile devices to literally see the Hawaiian Islands come to life in the palm of their hands. Throughout the month of October, the station’s wall will be canvassed with inspiring Hawaii images enticing thousands of potential travelers daily to book their vacation to paradise.”
You can get the free Aurasma AR app from the app store.
